Prop 39 Zero Net Energy (ZNE) Schools Pilot

The California Investor Owned Utilities (IOUs) launched the Zero Net Energy (ZNE) Schools Pilot program for public K-12 schools and community colleges to assist in retrofitting existing facilities to ZNE by leveraging Proposition 39 funding. The IOUs want to provide assistance for 13-18 projects across 13-18 school sites. The ideal project will be a school facility of 5,000 to 30,000 square feet. Continue reading
