The Office of Public School Construction would like to alert all stakeholders that the February 24, 2016 consent only State Allocation Board (Board) meeting will include two items in which staff will request that the Board make corrections to the percentage increase for the change in the RS Means Construction Cost Index.  As is posted on the meeting Index that was released earlier today, staff will request that the Board make the following corrections:  Continue reading →
