Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon has announced the appointment of Senator Bob Huff to the State Allocation Board. Senator Huff has served previously on the Board, and C.A.S.H. looks forward to working with him again in this capacity. Below is the press release from Senator De Leon. Senator Huff will be replacing Senator Sharon Runner on the Board.

Honorable Bob Huff, a Republican from Diamond Bar, was appointed to the State Allocation Board. He currently serves in the California State Senate where he represents the 29th district. This is a pleasure term with no compensation.
The State Allocation Board is responsible for determining the allocation of state resources used for the new construction and modernization of local public school facilities; administering the State School Facility Program, the State Relocatable Classroom Program and the Deferred maintenance Program; and is the policy level body for the programs administered by the Office of Public School Construction.
